Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Commerce Discovery to identify and translate merchant pain points into technical requirements
• Architect and present custom Shopify demos to prove technical viability for complex needs
• Conduct Commercial Risk Assessment to identify technical risks impacting budget or delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solution architecture, or engineering within the eCommerce industry
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify Plus, including Shopify Functions and B2B capabilities
• Proven experience leading high-intensity discovery sessions for $100M+ GMV brands
• Ability to advise on international expansion and omnichannel strategy
• Experience managing multiple high-stakes sales cycles simultaneously
