A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer I to act as a technical advisor and problem-solver for customer IoT deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute successful customer onboarding and ensure seamless deployment
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Advocate for customers by surfacing product gaps and technical pain points

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, and communication protocols
• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Experience with scripting languages, SQL, and REST APIs
• Strong customer-centric mindset focused on problem-solving
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
