Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer who will act as a technical bridge between their AI-powered platform and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized solutions for high-stakes clients, ensuring crisis detection and actionable intelligence
• Translate AI capabilities into business value for both technical and executive stakeholders
• Build compelling proofs of concept and demos to showcase the platform's features and capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS or AI/ML
• Technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and software integrations
• Experience working with large organizations, particularly in regulated industries
• Ability to deliver engaging demos and technical workshops to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with social media analytics, brand monitoring, or crisis management is preferred
