Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to ensure technical success and drive revenue outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical success from discovery through expansion for customer accounts
• Partner with Account Executives on new deals and support expansion opportunities
• Contribute to the development of Technical Solutions Consulting standards and resources

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer
• Strong technical foundation in JavaScript and modern web application architecture
• Ability to design and deliver customized demos and technical conversations
• Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities with strong ownership
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing workflows
