Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (US Startup Program).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI startups, guiding them in designing and deploying Neo4j-based architectures
• Help startups design and implement LLM-enabled solutions using Neo4j and promote repeatable solution patterns
• Own the ongoing technical relationship with assigned startups, tracking progress and facilitating successful production adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j or other graph databases, including data modeling and performance tuning
• Background in solutions engineering, solution architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience or strong interest in AI/LLMs and familiarity with modern AI tooling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
