Job Summary

A company is looking for an Upmarket Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and present next-generation communication solutions, including demonstrations and tailored proposals
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer goals
• Prepare and respond to RFQs/RFPs, enhancing solution positioning through shared insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telephony and software applications within the SaaS collaboration and cloud communication industry
• Knowledge of traditional voice systems and AI-enabled applications for integrated customer solutions
• Experience in developing technical solutions that align with customer objectives
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Typically requires a BS/BA in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
