Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support potential customers across SMB and Commercial Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions and product demonstrations to address customer challenges and handle objections
• Spearhead customer evaluations by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client retention and contribute to growth

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales, customer-facing, or solutions engineering role
• Hands-on experience configuring cybersecurity solutions, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Genuine and approachable individual with an empathetic mindset
• Inquisitive and eager to learn new tools and technologies
• Confident in leading discussions on familiar topics both internally and externally
