Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Upmarket Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and present next-generation communication solutions, including demonstrations and tailored proposals
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer goals
- Prepare and respond to RFQs/RFPs, enhancing solution positioning through shared insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the telephony and software applications industry
- Experience with SaaS collaboration and cloud communication technologies
- Knowledge of traditional voice systems and AI-enabled applications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
