Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Engineer to lead technical discussions with mid-market customers and support the Enterprise Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical relationship with customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Assist the Sales team with security reviews, implementation plans, and technical qualification calls
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development and create necessary resources for clients
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of pre-sales customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent role
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong project management skills in a startup environment
  • General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript) and familiarity with REST API development
  • Ideally has prior B2B SaaS experience and a willingness to use AI responsibly to enhance work efficiency
