Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to drive growth in their DX product through technical expertise and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations and manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and workflows
• Design tailored technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor for clients

Required Qualifications

• Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails preferred) and understanding of APIs and RESTful services
• Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with SQL
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Strong organizational skills to manage technical follow-ups and resource delivery
