Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer, Expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers through product demonstrations and communications
  • Lead and manage Proof of Value engagements for customers evaluating package upgrades or new products
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent title
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to operate in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
  • Ideally, prior B2B SaaS experience
