Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to facilitate customer implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks during customer implementations
• Partner with internal teams to scope technical requirements and implement solutions
• Support pre-sales activities by evaluating integration requirements and delivering demos

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role
• Experience with APIs and system integrations, including data flow design
• Strong troubleshooting skills across technical workflows and configurations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Experience with construction industry software or ERP integrations is a plus
