Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and investigate technical issues reported by advertisers, documenting reproduction steps and root cause analysis
• Escalate confirmed platform bugs to Engineering with structured tickets and supporting logs
• Develop expertise in specific product domains and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve platform functionality

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as solutions engineering or platform support, preferably in digital advertising or adtech
• Experience with logs, data queries, and debugging tools
• Strong technical foundation in SQL, web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript), and familiarity with APIs
• Experience working collaboratively with technical teams across various departments
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
