Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to drive technical pre-sales engagements and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements including discovery calls, product demos, and RFP responses
  • Support post-sales implementation and manage ongoing technical relationships with key accounts
  • Deliver compelling technical demos, solution architecture documentation, and account health reports
Required Qualifications
  • BA/MA degree in a technical field and/or 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape and technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Experience managing post-sales technical relationships and driving product adoption
  • Tech or SaaS industry background strongly preferred
