Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customer implementations and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data import workflows for customer migrations to the CRM, OMS, and Billing platform
• Translate complex financial workflows into Ad Orbit configurations aligned to GAAP standards
• Troubleshoot API integrations and build implementation documentation and client-facing technical guides

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ERP, CRM, OMS, or financial management software
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and ability to map client financial workflows
• Experience leading data migrations and familiarity with REST APIs
• Ability to write or modify scripts for data transformation or automation tasks
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance productivity in implementation workflows
