Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical track in pre-sales, including discovery calls and custom demos
Draft responses to RFPs and maintain a reusable answer library
Create impactful sales content and assist with proof-of-concepts as a technical contact

Required Qualifications

Hands-on software engineering background with the ability to read code
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company
Comfort with AI/LLM concepts and ability to demo AI features
Experience building with or evaluating AI-powered tools
Strong sense of ownership and organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously
