Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Solutions Engineer (Remote, Midwest).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert on the platform, supporting customer engagements across various stages
• Execute live and remote product demonstrations highlighting the platform's value
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to identify new sales opportunities and support technical evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Fundamental understanding of command line interfaces; experience with bash, powershell, etc
• Interest in application performance, observability, and cloud platforms
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an evolving environment
