Key Responsibilities

• Build custom solutions for customers that integrate with the platform, ensuring thorough documentation and testing
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize customer feedback regarding features and platform improvements
• Create reproducible artifacts that enhance delivery efficiency and consistency, following best practices and thorough documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales, professional services, or consulting
• Technical proficiency to scope solutions and create production-ready code, preferably in Python
• Ability to script and prototype effectively in technical workflows
• Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments
• Strong customer-facing skills for structured discovery and clarifying requirements
