Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LATAM Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to articulate solutions for service providers and end customers
• Engage with customers and conduct technical demonstrations throughout the sales cycle
• Analyze business requirements and manage strategic accounts to influence sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position
• Experience with cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Background in backup, disaster recovery, and storage solution design
• Knowledge of security solutions including antivirus, EDR/MDR/XDR, and email/network security
• Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and the ability to articulate technical value propositions
