Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering professional in a post-sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the ecosystem, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partners and end-users
• Engage with partners and end-users to optimize their use of technology and tailor solutions to meet specific needs
• Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to identify and deliver effective solutions, contributing to sales growth and customer retention

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Support, or Software Development
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a relevant technical field with a focus on customer-facing roles
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies
• Experience with programming languages and familiarity with data analysis tools preferred
