Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to enable high-quality service delivery and support technical problem-solving across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute work submitted through the Solutions Request Queue for internal teams
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex, non-standard, or cross-platform requests
• Document solutions, patterns, and best practices to improve scalability and repeatability

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical background in security platforms, logging, networking, or MDR-related technologies
• Strong networking background with an understanding of common protocols, firewalls, routing, and log transport methods
• Experience working within Linux environments and comfort with Linux command line
• Scripting or automation experience is a plus
• Ability to solve ambiguous, cross-functional technical problems
