Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support the technical aspects of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to address customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and sales objectives
• Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners and assist in RFP/RFI responses

Required Qualifications

• Background in Solutions Engineering methodologies and industry best practices, preferably in PAM
• Experience in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Ability to identify opportunities for process enhancements within pre-sales activities
• Familiarity with industry trends and customer use cases
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent are preferred
