Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Solutions Engineer to enhance enterprise sales cycles through technical and workflow expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Map prospects' systems and workflows to identify integration requirements and recommendations
- Build tailored demo flows that convey technical configurations into business value
- Lead implementation for successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and manage RFP responses
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in HR tech, recruiting tech, or enterprise SaaS
- Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar pre-sales role
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
