Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Solutions Engineer, responsible for post-sales implementation and internal tools in a full-time remote role, focusing on technical delivery for client success through data migrations, API troubleshooting, and documentation creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data import workflows for customer migrations to the CRM, OMS, and Billing platform
• Translate complex financial workflows into Ad Orbit configurations aligned with GAAP standards
• Troubleshoot API integrations and build implementation documentation and client-facing technical guides

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, OMS, or financial management software
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial workflows
• Experience leading data migrations and familiar with REST APIs
• Ability to support client use of a data warehouse environment, with MySQL skills as a plus
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity in implementation workflows
