Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Solutions Engineer, responsible for leading technical discussions with key prospects and customers in a full-time remote position, ensuring customers utilize the product effectively to meet their security goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers and support them throughout their trial process
• Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and provide market feedback to the product team
• Build product examples and documentation, while driving new programs to enhance pre to post-sales transitions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer or equivalent role
• Previous B2B SaaS experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
• General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript) and familiarity with REST API development
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
