Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology startup, the full-time remote Staff Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to deliver technical presentations, manage customer interactions, and collaborate with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical engagement with customers to close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
• First-class written and oral communication skills for articulating technical advantages to diverse audiences
• Technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and delivering creative solutions
• Self-motivated and initiative-driven, with a willingness to grow technically
