Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives on deal strategy, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will translate bioprocess workflows into tailored demonstrations, run technical workshops, and establish credibility with senior scientific and IT leaders.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AEs on discovery and technical narratives to drive deal strategy
  • Build and deliver customized demos based on the prospect's data and workflows
  • Conduct technical workshops and proof of concepts to validate solutions and cultivate internal champions
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales at a B2B SaaS company, such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer
  • Background in scientific or regulated-industry SaaS, with a focus on bioprocess or lab informatics
  • Ability to communicate effectively through storytelling and adapt during customer interactions
  • Familiarity with APIs, data schemas, and cloud data infrastructure
  • B.S. in a STEM field
