Job Summary
Supporting the sales team with technical expertise, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition, provide technical presentations and demonstrations, and mentor sales teams while driving sales processes to meet allocated targets.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
- Provide technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, and proof of concepts
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor sales staff on the value of F5 solutions
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies, such as F5 or Citrix
- Knowledge of networking technologies, HTTP, and web applications
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
