Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Solutions Engineer, the candidate will become a product expert, addressing business inquiries, conducting technical demonstrations, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden products and services
• Conduct implementation-specific demos and assist in pre-sales proof-of-concept planning
• Provide technical guidance and support for customers integrating Bitwarden into their technology stack

Required qualifications

• Experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of security best practices and integration solutions
• Ability to work remotely with potential travel as needed
