Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support SMB prospects, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will conduct technical discovery, deliver tailored product demos, and help clients understand the value of security solutions while also improving internal processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls to identify client pain points and buying criteria
• Run product demonstrations that connect features to customer needs and business impact
• Identify and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity

Required qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing security role such as Solutions Engineer or Security Consultant
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products, particularly Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong skills in conducting product demos and evaluations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in building automations or workflows to streamline processes
