Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To unlock the full potential of the voice AI platform for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives, provide bespoke technical support, and create compelling demonstrations and resources to enhance sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process
• Work directly with customers to provide tailored support and architect solutions
• Create technical enablement resources and self-service tools to empower customer implementation

Required qualifications

• Strong technical background with proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and architecture
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including in student clubs or side projects
• Passion for AI and technology, particularly related to ElevenLabs products
• Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scaling of solutions
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences
