Job Summary
Working full-time in a remote environment, the Solutions Engineer will partner with sales teams to address mid-market customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and identify opportunities for cross-product solutions while leveraging their expertise in Atlassian software.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer profiles and business challenges, optimizing solutions within assigned territories
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to map business problems to Atlassian products and lead value-based demonstrations
- Build strong partnerships with account executives to track opportunities and provide product feedback to enhance offerings
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with mid-market customers
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams
- Proven problem-solving skills to interpret complex business challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building executive relationships
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a passion for contributing to customer success
