Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments, all while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
