Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time remote role within the US Eastern Time Zone, this position involves partnering with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
