Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions while helping customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
