Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments, while being located within the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
