Job Summary

Working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success criteria are met
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix solutions to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
  • Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
  • Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
  • Experience leading product demonstrations and managing technical evaluations
  • Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
