Job Summary
Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on pre-sales activities, where the candidate will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in validating the platform within their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect the platform to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
