Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
