Job Summary
Passionate about solving enterprise business problems, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer for Mid-Market will partner with sales teams to optimize customer profiles, conduct product demonstrations, and identify opportunities for solution expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to track customer profiles and address business challenges within Mid-Market Accounts
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand needs and align Atlassian products to solve identified problems
- Lead value-based product demonstrations and maintain strong partnerships with account executives to improve the sales cycle
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with mid-market customers
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Proven track record of building executive relationships and collaborating across teams
- Comfortable navigating both business and technical discussions
- Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset
