Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage technical strategies for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating solutions remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical discovery and manage evaluations from scope through validation
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
