Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Solutions Engineer will partner with Product and Customer Success Managers to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven customer service solutions while ensuring scalability and performance for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the DigitalGenius platform
- Lead new use case implementation projects and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with customers to align technical delivery with desired outcomes and advise on best practices
Required Qualifications
- AI-first mindset with a genuine excitement for LLMs and applied AI
- Strong API and integration experience, including building and debugging
- Hands-on experience writing Python for integrations and automation scripts
- Strong organizational skills for managing workstreams and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
