Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical architect for strategic global enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will design and implement complex AI engagements and data pipelines, ensuring alignment with client objectives and AI safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical discovery process to design custom AI safety and development engagements
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Line Leadership to navigate complex sales cycles and secure technical wins
• Partner with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop pricing structures for projects

Required qualifications

• Mid-level experience (4 - 7 years) in Data Science or Machine Learning, focusing on Large Language Models
• Proven experience in supporting large-scale technical sales to global organizations, with knowledge of enterprise security and procurement standards
• Strong professional interest or background in AI Alignment and Safety
• Exceptional ability to bridge technical engineering teams and non-technical business executives
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
