Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design solutions to help customers validate Coralogix in their environments, while being credible with both engineers and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead discovery sessions to assess customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
