Job Summary
As a key technical point of contact in the pre-sales process, the full-time hybrid Solutions Engineer will advocate for the company's platform by guiding prospective customers, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Actively drive revenue by leading discovery sessions, demonstrating products, and addressing customer inquiries
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase product value and ensure smooth transitions to implementation
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to address complex requirements and provide feedback for product improvement
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a solution-selling environment or similar role
- Strong solution-selling and demo skills with the ability to articulate software value propositions
- Knowledge of key technical concepts, including APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent discovery skills to uncover customer pain points and value
- Self-starter with demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
