Job Summary

Acting as the dedicated technical representative for sales teams, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will serve as a bridge between technology and customer success by addressing technical inquiries, delivering product demonstrations, and designing tailored architectures for diverse customer environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Join sales meetings as a subject matter expert to address technical inquiries and propose tailored architectures
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that translate complex security features into business value
  • Design and architect customer deployments while acting as a liaison between Sales Reps and Implementation Engineers during initial deployments
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or Product Management
  • 3+ years of expertise in Network Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), or general IT Security
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for large-scale deployments
  • Ability to connect technical concepts to business outcomes effectively
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging both technical teams and executive leadership
