Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions within their environments, while being located in the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer outcomes
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
