Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments, all while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, operational pain, and business drivers
- Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
