Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer for the East-Coast pre-sales team, this remote position requires a technical seller to partner with Account Executives, manage technical evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
