Job Summary
Owning the technical sales narrative, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage with prospects and customers, lead technical discovery, and design tailored solutions while supporting the sales process through documentation and enablement efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify, scope, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities as the technical lead
- Conduct technical discovery conversations to understand customer needs and design appropriate solutions
- Manage technical sections of RFPs, security questionnaires, and SOW inputs while maintaining demo environments and integration guides
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with in-venue technology such as AV systems and digital signage
- Strong demo and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to audience needs
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and technical documentation tools
